We sell some of our digital goods as a monthly subscription. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the customer before the end of the 30 days period.

Cancellation is immediate, the customer can continue using the subscription until the end of the 30 days he / she has paid for, and there are no more payments made towards the canceled subscription.

You can cancel your subscription contacting Consumer Support, using the contact form or the chat. You can expect a reply within 24 hours.

Equally, we sell some of our digital goods as rentals for a given period. The rental period starts immediately with payment, and the goods are available throughout the rental period.
You can always contact us using the contact form for any inquiry including refund requests. We reply to all messages, usually within 24 hours (do make sure to check your junk / spam folder). Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
